5 Classes- 4 Thursday Evenings from 6:30- 9:00 P.M.; March 22, 29, April 12, and April 19 plus a Field Day tentatively scheduled for May 5th. Topics to be discussed will include mating nucs; queen biology and requeening with established nucs, queen cells, and mated queens; population dynamics and producing honey; wintering hives and nucs; and comb honey production in Maine. Other topics will be based on student requests.
Cost of classes will be $65.00 and will include handouts and a textbook. Discount for extra family member.
