Our "Start of Fall" Event Recap
It’s been a busy couple of months here at Swan’s Honey. Guess you could say we’ve been busy bees… ☺️ With the start of fall came the start of “fair season”. We jumped right in with appearances at two of our favorite events – Common Ground Fair and Fryeburg Fair.
We enjoyed three full days at Common Ground Fair in the Agricultural Products Area. For those unfamiliar, Common Ground Fair is an annual event hosted by Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners, or MOFGA. The extended weekend celebrates rural living and features over 1,000 exhibitors and speakers. To learn more about MOFGA and this event, visit their website here. After Common Ground Fair, we traveled to Fryeburg, Maine for the annual Fryeburg Fair where we set up shop in the Specialty Food Pavilion. Fryeburg Fair is an eight-day event where farmers and merchants come together to show off their harvest, products, wares and animals to the community.
